The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Good to have a good run after the disaster last year. Hoped for a little quicker, but may have paid the price for setting a target too high from the start. Managed to keep going even when I felt pretty poor at the end which is a big mental improvement from last year. It’s a 10 second PB overall and a 10 min London PB so I can’t complain (I’m very pleased in fact), 7 PB’s in 7 races this year.
I said no to NDVM straight after but maybe I have some unfinished business!!!!!

Great run mate, yes I think the quick pace got us both, me a little more
That pacing up to mile 20 looks like clockwork, that's a great run. Good you came through fighting till the finish!
