VLM, aim was sub 2.45 and I thought I could do it but didn't have too much to back that up from training but did it, even though the last few miles were really tough, my legs were shot. 800m to go and had 3 mins so 6min mile pace to finish for that and it was tough but did it by 9 secs. Legs cramped as I tried to accelerate.
