Notes & Comments

Prague half marathon. Really surprised with time as arrived in Prague around 11pm night before before going out for few drinks. No intention to race as didn't want to feel disappointed with time but just went with feeling comfortable. Felt o.k until mile 11 when really strong, cold headwinds so battled to keep pace, although was still overtaking people as everyone found this point hard. Then watch went on autopause at a really long tunnel tunnel as I had forgotten to turn it off, which made me lose track of pace. Then when I had no idea what my time was as watch had stopped, I kind of just ran to see what would happen! Felt fine after & pleased to have broken 1:40!!! :-)
