Absolutley chuffed with this. PB for a half by a long way-over 5 mins.Training- especially speed sesssions I'm sure- now starting to take effect. V. friendly race-cold start but brightened up and I felt strong at the end. Feel great! So close to sub 2hr!! Corrsed over cycle route TPT near Sprotbrough and Wath. Split Summary
1 My PB achieved by BIG margin! 2 Lots of cold people at the start. 3 Lots of nice, bright weather as the race progressed
