Loverun at parkrun today. Wasnt sure on whether to go or not. Lured by Richmac's fishnets lol. Set off, felt good, kept going, checked my pace fancied 24mins so looking at keeping it under/around 8min miles. Felt great 2nd lap and romped home with loads more in the tank. Smashed my PB by 1min 45secs. Pretty dang pleased with that.
