Trail
Hawkshead Trail Race. Set off well, but had a mare. After first mile or so the legs seemed to ru out of all energy. By the coffin trail I'd lost it mentally and CBA to work up it, so powerwalked the climb, jogged the flat, hobbled down the descents with legs too stuffed to control my usual flying descent. 
Ran hard for the last 400m on the flat just cos I was so pi55ed off with myself. Went off in a mega-strop afterwards!!
