Cambridge Parkrun. Not ideal preparation. Flew back overnight from Beijing via Hong Kong. Arrived heathrow at 5am, Pereborough at 7am and then down to Cambridge. Was only looking to blow away cobwebs so very very surprised by the time! 42 / 320
