RAF Henlow 10. Massive improvement on last 10 mile race (7 minutes off and this was a preposterously hilly monster)! Hill at 8 miles was a devil. Otherwise ran steady and felt great. I think this might have something to do with the stone I've lost recently. This puts me on course to run a PB at St Neots. Rock on.
