Armagh 10m. Yes, it's undulating (but not worse than Omagh HM), but I'm not happy with this. Either I lost rhythm on the hills, or the downhill first mile *was* a bit quick, orsomething else means I just wasn't on it. 6 and 7 are tough uphill miles, but 8,9,10 should all have been perfect for a strong finish...
