Kielder marathon. Boy - was it hilly! Disastrous start (mini-bus break-down meant we arrived with only 4 mins to start) but felt okay at start. Tried to keep pace steady. Don't know if it was the (previously untried) Gu energy sweets, but stomach felt bloated and queasy - had to stop and wait for portaloo at 11 miles. Legs started to fade after the dam. Last three miles just a painful, shambling run/walk.
