Llyn y Fan AS (5.5mile/2000ft)
Fantastic race this one, completely in the middle of nowhere. Ran the ascent very well to put myself in 4th place at one time but Gareth noticed that we'd missed the cairn at the start of the descent. Started the descent with Gareth and James but Kevin and Sean quickly overtook us.
