Strathclyde parkrun. Absolutely delighted with a 26 sec pb! Very wet underfoot with much of the middle part of the course under water. First k in 3.32 then settled to about 3.45s. Mile splits from garmin - 5.53/6.05/6.03/5.50. 1st lady.
