Abbey 10k,undecided how to run this until just before,so t started of first mile to see how i felt at ave pace of last pb 7:11/m as it turned out went quite well and best paced run i've done ave 7:07/m had to sprint at end though.official time of 44:33 PB by 11 secs :).
