RNLI Castle to Castle Swim. OW sea swim across the estuary at the mouth of the River Fal. Incredible event that I'm very proud to have completed. Mass start of 400 competitors, with many bumps and shoves until the field thinned out. Very choppy and disorientating in the middle, with the landmark of the landing site never seemingly nearing through the last half. Very pleased with myself, and my finishing time.
