Llandudno 10. Very windy, got nearly blown off the course. I enjoyed the atmosphere and kudos to our great supporters Sian and Sonja. My left knee started playing up again around half-way just as it did around mile 12 in the Rhayader 20. Since I ran both in my old trusted Head trainers I suppose it's time to switch to my new pair of NB as race shoes.
