Notes & Comments

The London Marathon.

Worries of going too fast in the first few miles was taken away by the sheer mass of people. First mile was 10min miles, then ran pretty much just sub 8 minute miles until mile 22.

At this point my muscels began to seize and my pace shorthen resulting in 9:30 minute miles. I missed my target time by 6 minutes.

The day itself was awesome, the weather was great, the crowds truely inspiring and seeing Debbie all the way round was great. Seeing my friends and family at end was really rewarding.
