Notes & Comments

ran the Bluebell Trail 10 with Maria , quite a testing run with over 1100 metres of ascent . it was Maria's turn to take a tumble this week . She tripped & fell at about 6 miles , banged her knee got nettled just about everywhere.On top of that she had an asthma attack at 7 miles & everybody & his dog passed us at that point. Still we made it to the finish waded through the river then spent the next 30 minutes at the injury clinic getting her shin splint iced & bandaged.
