Highland Fling relay leg 4

Very, very hot with a nasty dehydrating warm head wind. Discovered later that my team mates had already built up a winning 25 minute lead but still had a good solid run and pace was faster than last year despite a tumble at halfway and having to stop for 30 seconds at St Fillans to let the shepherds move some sheep.
