Notes & Comments

London marathon. Another sore one, not as bad as last year's dnf but the splits tell it all. Felt easy until 15m, then started to work but was still confident I had prepared well and I could work through it until 19m came and I just popped again - nothing left to give and had to saunter to the finish. Thankfully didn't breakdown completely this year but it was still a long last 6m in that heat.
