vlm official time has me 4.56.58 so no pb. but in all honesty i couldn't have gone any faster, it was just too hot for me. was going well til half way but legs fell off in canary wharf. had to walk and cool dow to stop me becoming one of the many casualties. having checked the garmin training centre (clock against split time) the garmin lost the time between 24/25mile somehow ??
