D33 ultra - first long race of the year. Ran almost all with Norma and then with Norma and Purdey but had three stops in quick succession with the trots 
Remembered I had Immodium in my bag and that seemed to fix it.
6:15 was my silver time
(6:00 would have been gold) but legs still felt reasonable at the end.
