Notes & Comments

Liversedge half marathon. Done as lsr for marathon training - I knew after the first couple of miles that I wouldn't attemptracing this! By heck it was hilly and there seemed to be more uphil than downhill somehow! Even slower than the great langdale half marathon in September but not suprising given the low running miles in the past couple of months and recent illness. 10 more zones explored for conquercise though :-)
