Oldham parkrun.

Still carrying a coughing bug - felt terrible after lap 1. Breathing badly, wheels came off. Had been on Greg's shoulder for first lap, but lost both him and another guy to settle into a distant 3rd place.

By third lap I was 19 seconds behind Greg, and similar off 2nd. 2nd place however died in the trail, and was easily taken out, and somehow dug deep for the final straight to take a comfortable 2nd place.
