not bad considering no speed work other than 10 days ago and no racing for months. it was windy but coarse was very flat. no real pacemakers and i didn't put in 100%. possibly could have got a 38min time if realy pushed. was still quite comfortable at the end and splits were fairly even. no used to the pain associated with effort. no niggles during. calves felt tight despite guards.
