Notes & Comments

PENNINE 10K. A tough route with a big climb at half way. Target was to try and get under 9 minute miles, which I've just missed! Had a good run and made a good effort, but did feel slighty limited by my chest on the climbs. A long way to go to get the speed for a 4hr marathon for sure. Went through halfway in 26.10, all uphill after that. Splits 8.15, 8.07, 8.54, 10.56, 9.30, 8.14, 9.35
