Kilomathon Had a nightmare. My achilles was sore pretty much from the start. So much so that I considered just dropping out right away. I pressed on and it didn't get any worse and wasn't overly bothering me. From the 11th mile, though the calf on the other leg started cramping and I pretty much had to run/walk the rest. It wasn't fun. I'm going to have a rest for a couple of weeks.
