Notes & Comments

Derwent Trail race - 14km of hills, bogs and rock. Nice flat start, then about 2km of bog (no way to avoid getting wet feet so just sloshed through hoping not to lose a shoe), followed by a steep climb then a long descent back into Fitz Park. Hard work - forced to walk some of the steeper slopes and rocky patches - but worth it for the views.
