Notes & Comments

Newark half marathon - ran this as a long effort (after yesterdays LSR), with the aim of around 7.30 pace. Felt pretty comfortable, if legs were struggling a bit by the end. Only decided to run this last night, but no way I'd have run that pace in a training run, so good choice I think.
