The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Heckington 10. aiming to break 65 mins and set myself up for a sub-85 at Newark Half. 5M marker about 500-600m out so assuming splits of about 31:30/31:56. finished 17th. was catching 15th and 16th at about 10s/mile but at 9m was stil 30s behind and so lost concentration. pleased with time. Great fun back at ours after, thanks to everyone for coming, Jules for bringing drinks and MasterH from bringing biscuits, MrsC and Billy for baking shortbread/cakes. Most biggest thanks of all though to wonderful Jane for baking masses and masses of stuff x.
Fastest 10M since sept 2008 but only done 2 others since then, and actually slower pace than my marathon, 20M, 30k and HM PB's set last year.
