5K TT- New pb, even if official time is 2-3 secs more than my Garmin watch time of 22:15. Lovely night, not as cold once we got going and I was pleased to hold myself back on the first mile as I had planned to do. Felt great during the run and enjoyed a 5k for a change!!!!
