Wolds Dash 3. Torrential rain, thunder & lightening before and from the start. The roads were like rivers and I was soaked to the bone within minutes. Started off, as usual, conservatively using Andy Thomas as my marker. After the first hill I was falling behind a bit but caught up and overtook at the bottom of the climb up to Withcall top, following Kevin Green up the hill. Managed to stay close enough to catch up down the hill and overtook through the village. Pulled a lead out over the trail path and after that it was just a case of keeping going to keep that place. It was tough but I worked hard and deserved the position.
