For some reason, the time displayed was 33:26. Did I absent-mindedly change that in a moment of wishful thinking (one second below PB) or did the Garmin import it as that? If the latter, the Garmin doesn't lie - 34:13 must have been just a nightmare.

First disappointing race in a while. The pace felt tough from the off. Having said that, 0.19km long on my Garmin and John was 55s slower than last week so maybe I'm only about 20s slower than the 33-flat-shape I'd hoped for.

my garmin had 6.23mls as did trotters. my legs were like jelly on off road part from 5k to 7ish. best 10k since knee op. still good time by you me thinks ...
