Notes & Comments

Cort-ma-Law hill race! Starts from Crow Road car park and initial ascent is very steep. But once up on the ridge a lot of the race is runnable. Hellish bog between Cort-ma-Law and the Leckett Hill, went in up to my knees several times and hit the deck twice. Still felt much better than last week and enjoyed the race much more. Very steep descent to the finish line was tough but managed to catch a guy on the line.
