Notes & Comments

Kilpatricks Hill Race. Only my 2nd hill race ever and found it very tough going. Warm and night and even felt dehydrated before setting off. Should have taken water with me - will next time. Walked too much of the uphill. Arrived at final trig point summit in 49 minutes, so just over 11 minutes to descend. Running steeply downhill is tough on the knees! Midge, Ewan, Sandy and Matthew were all there. Midge and Ewan ahead by 4-5 minutes. Enjoyably different!
