LWAC 5K. Prob started off a bit too slowly again. Never felt like I was struggling so I either ran very well or wasn't going fast enough. Prob the latter. I'm sure sub-18 was poss if I gave it a bit more umph. Enjoyed the race though as I felt very comfortable and overtook plenty of runners along the way.
