Course changed compared with last year - and even more hilly. 07:15 gun - by 07:45, sun pounding, temp 28C, humidity 80%. Walked near top of 2 hills. Felt much better compared with last year. Quite pleased with time. Now mara nex month in these conditions!!!
Unoffical time in from D-tag - so revised from 1:15:30...thought I was faster as shifting last 3K. V. happy as beat last yrs time by almost 2min on an even hillier course.
Came in 18th of 214 for age group; 53rd of 1069 gender; 57th of 1474 finishers.
6 wks to Standard Chartered KL mara in these conditions!! Aim to beat 4hrs.
