Parkrun. Out far too fast (2nd place going round first few corners) and paid for it from halfway. Garmin was completely lost so had no idea of pacing. Also found that the pain I've got in my chest is amplified x100 when I'm breathing real hard. That was agony!! Finished 7th overall, and 1st in category (SM30-34)!!??!! Fell I could have gone harder in 2nd half but that short s-bend hill killed me first time round and I lost 3 places on it 2nd time round!! Dissapointed with finish time. Wanted under 17.50 and ended up not even breaking 18.
