Notes & Comments

Cold, wet and windy. Fairly heavy underfoot, but a great flat course with a couple of short steep hills in for good measure. Great to run in such a fast field, and once we were racing the conditions weren't a problem. Got off too fast as usual, but managed to rein it in early and hold a steady 6.30-6.40/mile all the way after that.
