Notes & Comments

Tees Barrage 10K. Slow start but soon picked up pace and spent first 3 miles overtaking as I increased speed. Was going great until I developed a severely painful stitch as we completed the first loop which slowed my pace for the next mile. I ran through it and recovered somewhat and managed to finish just 3 seconds outside my PB which I was very happy with given the cold, blustery conditions and the route.
