Notes & Comments

London Marathon. Felt good until about half way then got cramp at 17. Really struggled to maintain any pace without the cramp getting worse and I'd of had to stop. Managed to get to the finish and cramped up afterwards. Got to be pleased with a 2min pb though. Pos. 726
