Wilmslow half marathon NEW PB for 2010 beat last weeks Stafford time of 1.28.30 by 38 seconds ! First Harrier home but missed out on a prize by 65 secs drat ! Set off a tad fast though had gone through 10 miles in another PB of 1:06:52 JUST 12 secs behind 2nd M55 so must have dropped off the pace in the last 3 miles.
Felt knackered at finish but happy enough.
