Notes & Comments

Cross Country League (Race 1/4 - Ware). Testing course with some runs accross ploughed fields and up some climbs made tougher by the wet and windy weather. Lost my shoe with ~5 yards of the last muddy ploughed field to go, about 800m out that cost me 5 places or so. Came home 52nd - too far back to score for the club. A nice array of cakes at the end that kept comming around on trays.
