Jimmy's 10km at Downpatrick. Was hoping for 37-low, or 6m/m here, but never got to that pace at any stage.
- HR graph looks like a training run, got stuck at around 165bpm in the 2nd half and didn't/couldn't push on.
- Let's forget about the whole red bull before a race thing, I'm more likely to get a stitch than a boost
- and don't bother with lightweight racers if I've not been doing the speedwork, form isn't good enough

Was told by a seasoned marathoner that red bull would be more affective in the last aprt of a race rather then before.Gatorade seems to work for some of us..;)
