Ran the Hestercombe Humdinger this morning.It was as tough as ever.Came 3rd overall and 1st in my age group.a great tune up race for London as it is hilly,tough ad it hurts like hell.A great fitness booster.it was also run at a pace of 5.59 min/miles.About marathon race pace for me.
