Les Croupiers Old Father Time Vets 5, aka 'The Old Gits' race, Pontcanna, Cardiff. Bloody freezing cold and windy, but good run, notching a massive pb for distance, but then previous pb (35.21) was a soft one just waiting to fall. Calf in right leg tightened during race and thought it was going to pop, but held back a little to avoid that happening though doubt it affected my time by more than a few seconds.
None recorded, accidentally knocked off timer on Garmin part way through race, so time is an approx at moment until race result posted.
