Ulverston 10K - no Garmin so running completely blind. 6:16 was shouted at 1st mile marker but thought better of not knowing after that. Ran as how felt, ok until monastery hill started taking toll, up to 4m probably ok but couldn't push on coming back into town, lost 15 secs from 5m marker on people had been leading just til then. Pleased to get under 40, need better taper for next. Decent conditions inspite of a couple big puddles & hail showers just before start, headwind out but fairly typical.
