Nvh 10 went off a little too fast for first half mile but then held on to set pb by four minutes. Unnofficial time at moment

well done good running and kept you in sight didn't need to try and catch up and also couldn't, great weather after this mornings downpour !

Good run Gavin. I think your shorter distances will reap the benefit of your training regime. (PB at all distances up to the marathon next year!)
