Over at Ali and Steve's for my 50th birthday weekend. Saw Derby live on BBC last night and we went 2-0 up before Rangers came back with a goal before and after half time. They look a pretty decent side. Today we did the run on a beautiful autumnal day if a bit windy. Did 8:12, 8:00, 8:12, 8:36, 8:21, 8:39 for a 50 minute 6 miles and from then on it got harder with the last two miles along the front into the teeth of the wind. Beat Andrew by a couple of minutes but he ran well in 1:29 and Ali and Polly came in at around 1:55.
