The first 5k winter series ay Boscombe

I felt really tired and sleepy with stiff legs after a heavy day at work today but that dissapeared when running. 1st mile was ok (felt good) working from around half way point and for a short while afterwards. Struggled in final mile (4k on) and pace slowed, need to have more confidence in being able to run strong to the finish.
