Ashford 10k race, ate to late and to much !!! first 2k felt not to bad then the belly ache started 
had to stop twice to let off wind (both ends) i can't run and let off wind at the same time.
Still a PB for me tho Could have done better tho
Belly still a bit rough now (2 hours after the race)
Start speed work ready for the Ashford road runners 10k in February now,,, here we go, i want to do 48 mins or less
